According to the hydro-junction high arch concrete dam's outstanding feature,which is locating in a severe cold area where the maximum temperature can reach 80 degree centigrade,this paper researches and analyses the dam pouring process by means of computer simulation technology which includes the establishment of the dam's model,the ascertainment of the boundary conditions,the calculation and analysis of the simulation programs,as well as the output of the simulating results.The pouring process will be affected to a large extent due to the severe cold climates and the shutting down in winter.Based on the construction characteristics,this paper mainly talks about the concrete pouring process of this dam from four aspects,which are the different controlling standards of the cantilever altitude,4.5 meters pouring thickness away from the constraint area,the numbers of crane and the time of intervals in winter.Then,formulate several calculation schemes which can provide the factors' influencing mechanisms of the construction process.Based on that,the main research and contents are in the following paragraphs:(1)Considered about the severe cold area where the dam is located and based on the past construction simulation model of the concrete dam,the thesis sufficiently take the influences of severe cold climate and the longtime intervals in winter to the pouring process into account.When confirming the boundary conditions,this paper mainly considers about the machinery efficiency before and after the intervals,the parameter controlling of the concrete,and the winter intervals' time as well.(2)The controlling standards of the cantilever altitude make a huge restriction to the high arch dam's pouring process.This project is no exception as an extremely high arch dam.By formulating different controlling standards of the cantilever altitude,the paper talks about the interplay of high arch dam pouring process and the joint grouting process as well as the controlling process of the stream guidance.In addition,the paper determines the controlling standards of cantilever altitude according to the situation of each key node during the construction process.(3)Aimed at the program's feature which is longtime intervals in winter,the thesis discusses the effects caused by different numbers of the crane,mainly considering from the demands of controlled schedule,the construction efficiency before and after the intervals,the auxiliary workload and the proportionality of concrete pouring intensity as well as other factors.
