| During the entire flight,most accidents occurred at the landing stage.In order to ensure the landing safety,it is necessary to guide the aircraft to land safely.There is a lot of ILS in China’s civil and military airports.Because they have an important impact on the flight safety of the aircraft,to detect the ILS airborne receiver and to eliminate their hidden dangers are important.At present,the airborne receiver test equipment is poor in compatibility and is incomplete in function,so to improve the performance of the test equipment is the actual starting point of this research content.In this paper,the test index and test method of the ILS airborne receiver are clarified by analyzing the structure and working principle of the instrument landing system.And then the design scheme of the test platform based on landing signal simulator and measurement and control subsystem is put forward.The measurement and control subsystem control the ILS signal simulator synthesizes the LOC,GS or MKR signal and injects it into UUT,then detects and analyzes the feedback of the UUT,and then determine whether its performance meet the requirements.This paper designs a multi-mode RF signal generation circuit which is with FPGA and AD9915 as the core.In this paper,the use of the multi-mode RF signal generation circuit and the combination attenuation circuit has improved the quality of the output signal,such as carrier frequency accuracy,frequency accuracy of modulation signal,output power accuracy and wide range step attenuation precision.In addition,this paper has designed the hardware platform of measurement and control subsystem which is composed of IPC,bus communication driver card,data acquisition card and integrated information processing card.On the basis of the hardware platform,the measurement and control software is designed in Lab Windows.Finally,this paper get test data by testing the same ILS airborne receiver with the test platform designed in this paper and another existing test platform.The evaluation results of the test platform are given by comparing the test data.The results show that the test platform has excellent performance.The test platform is suitable for solving the problems of the performance and function test,troubleshooting and maintenance of the ILS airborne equipment. |
