Tianjin port is in soft soil area,and open type wharf on piles structure has been applied widely in this area.In order to improve the ability to resist the horizontal force and earthquake action,high pile wharf usually need to set batter piles.And to avoid collision with the vertical pile,the layout of the batter piles usually takes a deflection angle,so that it also can resist the horizontal force on the other direction in a certain extent.According to the batter piles' torsional angle there are multiple piles arrangement,divided into two main types: symmetrical arrangement and non symmetrical arrangement.This thesis mainly analyzes the influence of different piles layout scheme on the internal force and deformation of the whole structure,which can deepen the understanding of the design of open type wharf on piles,and provide reference for other engineering design in the future.In this thesis,different piles layout scheme were studyed,and the layout of piles was optimized.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:Firstly,in conjunction with the actual conditions of the project,the open type wharf on piles structure schemes of different batter pile arrangement forms were designed,namely symmetrical layout scheme of piles,parallel layout scheme of piles and the layout scheme of seismic pile.According to the basic principle of M method,using the finite element software,the numerical model of open type wharf on piles was set up.Then,the force situation of the open type wharf on piles was analyzed,especially for the horizontal load,and the calculation conditions were determined.For three different batter piles layout scheme,the static analysis were carried out by finite element method,and comparison of the various components' internal force and deformation.The results show that the deformation and internal force of batter piles symmetrical layout scheme under the action of horizontal load were better than that of the pile arranged in parallel,and equipped with seismic pile open type wharf on piles can effectively enhance the ability to resist longitudinal horizontal force.Thirdly,the dynamic characteristics of the open type wharf on piles were studied.Modal analysis for three schemes was carried out,and then the structure response was analyzed.The results showed that the scheme equipped with seismic pile can effectively improve the fundamental frequency,the high order natural vibration characteristics of three schemes were similar,and the displacement and internal force of the structure dynamic response analysis results showed that the design scheme could meet the design requirements.Finally,the batter piles layout scheme were optimized.The impact of position,number and torsional angle of batter piles on the internal force and deformation of the structure were studied.The construction period and cost were analyzed,and the final optimized scheme was given.
