With the development of smart grid,'big data of electric' emerges in response to the proper time and conditions.Safety of distribution grid is attached more importance,which connects the power supply and user.At present,power company runs by the market principle.Under the background of markertization,the requirement of economy of maintenance schedule in distribution systems is becoming more and more urgent,and reasonable maintenance plan is one of the ways to improve the efficiency of the enterprise.The richness of data provides the data base for the more reasonable maintenance schedule under the background of big data for distribution grid.But,The data of distribution network management system is heterogeneous and can not be fully shared,which is not made full use by the maintenance schedule optimization.Therefore,a approach which can unify all kinds of data structure is required.Firstly,meteorological environment and power price were taken into account in this paper,which caused the maintenance schedule more enforceable.A double-level optimization model for distribution maintenance scheduling was proposed,which guaranteed the security and economy of distribution grid simultaneously.In this model,the maintenance schedule optimization problem was the upper level problem and the other was the lower level problem,and the double layers were combined with fit value of the top level problem.By the solving reiteration of double-level problem,it finally get an optimal maintenance schedule with the least electricity sell loss and an optimal load transfer plan with the least load loss,switch operations and transmission loss.Secondly,the GPSO algorithm was applied to solve the upper level problem that took full advantages of genetic algorithm and particle swarm algorithm.And to solve the lower level problem,the effects of all equipment combinations were obtained at first,then the daily situation of load transfer paths was obtained respectively.Besides,Case study result from Changsha shows that the proposed model is feasible.Lastly,the common information model of meteorological environment and power price was developed to take full advantage of original record of arranged maintenance schedule.Simultaneously,the common information model of simplified topology was expended to shorten the search time of topology.
