The equipment maintenance of distribution network is a necessary measure to ensure the reliability and economy of power supply.Reasonable maintenance plan not only affects the power supply enterprise and the user's interests, but also has a far-reaching impact on society benefit. With the development of technology, equipment maintenance of distribution network will encounter more challenges, there are two major aspects at present, one is condition-based maintenance technology,it means that the maintenance plan depends on the health state of the equipment and take individual equipment interests and the overall operation of the distribution network in accout;another challenge is development of distributed power supply technology, with an increasing number of distributed power access distribution network, the output uncertainty of DG brings a great challenge to the maintenance work, which have an great effect on load transfer scheme.Based on the existing research of condition-based maintenance and distributed power load transfer considering the DG,this paper focuses on the two issues, respectively,it presents contradiction analysis between equipment and the overall operation of the distribution network, meantime constructs the transfer model and condition-based maintenance decision model based on game theory, the main research contents are as follows:Firstly, this paper give the characteristics of DG and effect of distributed generation on load transfer of distribution network, change of the output of the distributed power supply can cause the failure of the distribution network operation constraints and the economic of distribution network. The game strategy is used to solve the problem of distribution network load transfer considering the uncertainty of the output power of distributed generation.By applying the uncertainty of the distributed generation to the "nature" control game,a sequential action game model of two participants, which is composed of decision makers and nature,is established. Finally, the Nash equilibrium solution of the game model is solved by the improved game tree method, and the distribution network reconfiguration scheme considering the uncertainty of the output of the distributed generation is obtained. The contradiction of power distribution network equipment running status and maintenance condition is mainly reflected in the next: the less maintenance arrange can ensure the economic operation of distribution network, but equipment is needed to arrange the more maintenance equipment to improve equipment reliability.Based on the theory of coordination of maintenance and operation in distribution network, this paper constructs a dynamic maintenance model, which takes the number of maintenance equipment as the core variables and the minimum maintenance expenditure as the goal, and give full consideration to the uncertainty of the output of the distributed generation in the model.Firstly, the load transfer model based on the game theory is presented to solve the uncertainty problem of new energy power supply, meantime condition-based maintenance model based on the game theory is to solve the contradiction of maintenance and operation, the two are unified in condition-based maintenance of the distribution network with DG.Finally,a heuristic solution method for the model of condition based maintenance decision optimization is presented.According to load transfer model based on the game theory, the IEEE33 node examples are used to validate the validity of the method, and comparative analysis and robustness are conducted by the IEEE33 node example;for distribution network maintenance decision model based on game theory, the model give the concrete solving process and a heuristic algorithm validation and compare with the traditional maintenance optimization results and analyze the robustness of the program.
