Power system equipment maintenance is a high security requiremen ts work.The primary focus is to ground the ground wire to be installed in place.Ground wire is one of the important safety tools which can well protect the power maintenance personnel from danger.In this paper,the shortcomings of the existing temporary ground wire have been analyzed.The existing grounding device can not effectively avoid the "charged hang ground" and "operating sequence error" accidents;As for five-protection locking device,it can't be massively expanded in lines and equipment because of the complexity.Two schemes for the error-proofing management device of ground wires are put forward.One is electrical control mode.Another is mechanical control mode,another.By comparing the reliability and convenience of the two scheme s,the mechanical control mode is selected finally.Ground wire error-proofing management mechanical control device adopts mechanical interlocking way.Establishing a constraint between ground clamper and wire clamper.That means ground clamper can only be installed before wire clamper,and wire clamper can only be dismantled before ground wire.From the hardware,the operation sequence of ground wire is standardized.The C-slot which on wire clamper is equipped with a high-voltage range warning device.The warning device has five voltage level.Before operation,the warning device must be opened first.And selecting suitable voltage level depend on line and device voltage.This paper also developed processing technology and wrote NC program for the new error-proofing management device of ground wires.Finally,a new type of mechanical control type grounding wire error-proofing management device is manufactured.And the implementation effect of the new grounding wire error-proofing management device is evaluated.The economic benefits of the equipment are analyzed from three aspects: reliability,accident compensation and human resource cost.At the same time,the shortcomings of the new type of grounding wire were in some aspect were pointed out.In the end,this paper analyzes the application prospect of the new type of error-profiting device for wire connection.
