| State grid puts forward construction of smart grid,in order to to reduce the labor intensity,improve the reliability of power system operation,improve the automation level of the whole power grid.In response to the call,the regional grid should constantly promote the development of power distribution network all over the country and completes the intelligent management of power distribution network in order to improve the management of distribution network,improve power quality and reliability of the user and enterprise and lay the foundation for the smart grid.Although the Hangzhou area is one of the leading power supply enterprises in transformation process of power distribution automation system,but in many aspects there are still many deficiencies,it shall continuously introduce advanced foreign technology to improve the performance of its own distribution network automation system.Based on the status of distribution network construction of Hangzhou electric power company,this paper puts forward the hangzhou area distribution network network improvemnet scheme,determine the power grid reinforcement and reconstruction of an equipment principles and ways,analysis has been clear about the hangzhou area to transform principle and content of the construction of the power distribution automation system;a master station system of overall architecture is proposed based on bus information interaction,the automation transformation way from the overall framework of function is determined,the effectiveness of the proposed improvements is verified from the space truss structure,power supply reliability analysis and average failure outage time and so on. |
