| Distribution automation is an important foundation of smart distribution network construction,which mainly includes two aspects: distribution automation master station system and feeder automation system.The purpose of building distribution automation master station system is to monitor the operation of medium voltage lines in distribution network and reduce the outage scope and outage time caused by faults.And the feeder automation can quickly detect and deal with line faults,which is also a key part of the whole distribution automation system.At present,the distribution automation level of Qinzhou network area is low,which is difficult to meet the needs of the intelligent and information construction of the power grid.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the transformation of Qinzhou distribution automation master station system and the feeder fault handling.This paper first discusses the development status of distribution automation and the status of distribution fault processing technology.And based on the application status of distribution automation technology in Qinzhou grid area,puts forward the technology and application requirements of Qinzhou distribution automation system transformation under the background of smart distribution network construction.In the basic framework of distribution network automation,this paper analyzes the function of feeder fault handling and gives the implementation scheme;then,based on the new characteristics of OPEN3200 system fault handling,studies its effectiveness in distribution network fault isolation and restoration of power supply,and puts forward the improvement suggestions of distribution network master station from the perspective of practical application;finally,according to the restoration strategies given by distribution network master station after feeder fault Based on the analysis of distribution network topology,a kind of economic fault recovery algorithm is proposed to shorten the time of outage maintenance and reduce the economic loss of outage.The effectiveness and economy of the proposed method are verified by a practical example.The research results of this paper can be used as the theoretical and technical basis for the transformation of Qinzhou distribution automation system,and also have a good reference value and guiding significance for the related work of distribution automation construction in other regions. |
