With the rapid development of economy,energy demand is greatly increased.Industrial reliance on energy use has greatly increased the need for energy consumption.At present,the dependence on foreign energy is getting deep,and the coal energy structure has brought tremendous pressure to the economy and the environment.The electric power industry is the basic industry of national development and progress,the stability of electric power industry is related to the national life.But because the equipment and the level of science and technology is relatively low,part of the power plant waste of resources the situation is prominent,and the environment caused by pollution phenomenon is more prominent.It do not match with resource-saving and environment-friendly development policies.As an important part of the operation cost of the coal-fired unit,its energy consumption accounts for about 30% of electricity consumption in the factory,and there is a large room for improvement.In recent years,due to the development of power enterprises and the improvement of power system,the competition in the power industry is becoming more and more fierce.Energy saving,emission reduction and cost reduction are important means for the development of power enterprises.For boiler flue gas system upgrade has great economic benefits and environmental benefits,and it can meet the needs of the development of the green economy.This paper is based on C hina No.7 unit of Taicang boiler flue gas system project implementation and comprehensive evaluation for the study,first carries on the analysis theoretical basis of the transformation of the boiler flue gas system,the related theories and methods by reviewing the relevant literatures on the boiler air and gas system structure and project evaluation are discussed,followed by the introduction of the organization design of China Taicang No.7 boiler flue gas system transformation project,and finally through the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the combination,using AHP to determine the index and weight,comprehensive evaluation by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of No.7 unit of Taicang air system reconstruction project,and obtained the comprehensive evaluation of the results is good.
