Research On The Incentive Mechanism Of The Safety Behavior Of The Subway Construction Workers

With the accelerating process of urbanization in China,the problem of urban traffic congestion is becoming more and more serious.Most developed countries rely on the construction of subway to alleviate traffic congestion.Subway construction is complex,and the construction risk is high,leading to frequent accidents.The fundamental way to reduce the occurrence of subway construction safety accidents is to prevent and control the unsafe behavior of subway construction workers.This thesis analyzes the causes of subway construction safety accidents and conducts a study on the incentive mechanism of safety behavior of subway construction workers.It is hoped that this study will help to improve the management level of subway construction enterprises,encourage the safety behavior of construction workers and reduce the occurrence of subway construction accidents.Through the analysis of the behavior of the subway construction workers,this thesis establishes the incentive mechanism of the safety behavior of the subway construction workers,and constructs the SEM model of the influence of the incentive factors on the safety behavior.The relevant conclusions about the influence of incentive mechanism on safety behavior are acquired through empirical analysis.Through questionnaire design and questionnaire survey of six construction enterprises of Hefei Metro Line 2 and line 3,the data is collected.Based on the factor analysis through using SPSS 22.0 software,six common factors,namely external environment incentive,safety culture incentive,material incentive,leadership incentive,safety training education and team incentive,are extracted as secondary index,and 25 incentive factors function as third-level index to construct the index system of the incentive mechanism of safety behavior.AMOS 23 sottware is used to fitting,modify and explain the model and the final model is obtained.Through the empirical research,the six key factors of external environment incentive,safety culture incentive,material incentive,leadership incentive,safety training education and team incentive have positive influence on the choice of safety behavior of construction workers.In descending order of key factors' influence on the safety behavior are:external environment incentives 0.244,safety training education 0.158,the leadership incentive 0.150,team incentives 0.144,safety culture incentive 0.137,material incentives 0.136.Finally,through one-way ANOVA,the influence of incentive mechanism on safety behavior is analyzed from the perspective of gender,marriage,age,highest education,job and work life.This incentive mechanism can promote the choice of safety behavior of subway construction workers in the complex construction environment,so as to ensure that the individual targets of the construction workers close up to the target of subway project to reduce the occurrence of subway construction accidents and improve the safety management level of subway construction enterprises.
