Aerospace large outdoor test is a project with big risk,which contains many dangerous activities with high accident probability and high accident consequences.As a result,aerospace large outdoor test has always focus on the safety management.Traditional safety management mode and method cannot meet the needs of the safety management of outdoor test.As the complex weapon system and the manned space flight project development,the engineering and management methods of system safety which is called security engineering in aerospace industry is getting more application.This article based the concept of system safety and security engineering,discuss the main content of system security and its effect on the performance in the lifecycle of the system Safety engineering emphasis at the beginning of the whole system and subsystem product development,started on the system,subsystem and product analysis and hazard identification and safety design,highlight with the essence of security design to improve product safety,and the system of safety management in whole life cycle,so as to realize the security of systems and products,and then the system before the big outdoor experiments of residual risk to a minimum.In this paper,combining the theory of safety engineering,the system security and safety engineering in the outdoor test,the application of safety management for research.The system safety management in whole life cycle as starting point,with hazard identification,risk assessment,based on product safety design,security,authentication,etc,in safe system engineering "machine,ring,pipe,with emphasis on the four elements,with a certain type of air defense missile weapon system as example,discusses how to develop space large outdoor experiments for system safety and safety management.Innovative proposed the system safety theory was applied to space large field test of safety management,aims to further improve the system intrinsically safe space systems,improve large outdoor experiments pertinence and effectiveness of safety management. |
