With the rapid development of city scale,the improvement of the level of urbanization,the city network has been rapid development,but at the same time,the increasing population for pipeline maintenance has brought great pressure.A large number of sewage,garbage,feces discharged into the pipeline,it has produced a large amount of flammable and explosive gases,such as methane,hydrogen sulfide in recent years,the sewer explosion accident is also emerge in an endless stream,it is very important for the study of effects of explosion effect of combustible gas drainage culvert in the explosion characteristics and drainage culvert in the environmental factors of flammable gases.The combustible gas in the city drainage culvert component testing,research accumulation and gas early warning has been very widely for the research of pipeline explosion is mainly the analysis of the cause of the accident investigation and assessment of the risk of explosion,the combustible gas generated in the pipe explosion explosion mechanism and influence factors are to be improved the combustible gas explosion mechanism.In the pipeline,experiments were carried out using standard 20 L explosion ball;while using FLACS software to simulate the explosion effects of environmental factors on explosion of combustible gas drainage culvert in effect;draw the following main conclusions:(1)methane mainly combustible gas drainage culvert,atmospheric pressure at room temperature 27 DEG-30 DEG,50%-70%,humidity,explosion limit is 4.1%,the gas concentration is 9.5% at the explosion pressure and the maximum pressure rise rate were 0.672 MPa,112.51 MPa/s.(2)the main gas drainage culvert in the composition of carbon dioxide and water environment of the methane explosion has obvious inhibiting effect.The carbon dioxide concentration in the range of 14%-15%,the methane explosion does not occur,only considering the influence of asphyxia on the pressure of carbon dioxide;weaken the linear relationship between the water environment and the explosion rate.Delay has obvious effect on the time pressure rose(3)the pipeline pressure and the pipeline obstacle has obvious promoting effect on methane gas explosion.
