Low temperature fracture is a kind of disease of asphalt pavement that widespread in the cold area,and serious impact on the performance of the road.Present studies have proved that adding waste rubber powder modified asphalt can effectively improve the deformation of asphalt at low temperature.But the mechanism of the modified opinions are vary,and there isn't a recognized point of view.Waste rubber powder modified asphalt modification mechanism and factors influencing the modification mechanism of problem has become the general road materials researchers on topics of mutual interest.The study,from the perspective of the modified mechanism of the existing theories,try to find what exactly happened in the process of asphalt mix with waste rubber powder.After confirmed the modification mechanism,modification mechanism from the perspective of the main factors that affect the modification effects were studied,and the impact on the factors affecting effectiveness with gray theory is analyzed to find the optimal combination between the influencing factors.In the process of the test,By means of matrix asphalt,waste rubber powder and waste rubber powder modified asphalt DSC differential calorimeter sweep experiment was carried out.Lacking of endothermic peak proved that the waste rubber powder and asphalt chemical reaction happened,and from the missing range determined that the waster rubber powder has happened chemical reaction with the light component in the asphalt.At the same time,through the adoption of diesel and waste rubber powder reaction between simulated light component and waster rubber powder,and then through the electronic microscope found that after reaction it formed the space mesh structure.After that through the powder under the condition of high temperature closed the desulfurization reaction,determined that the impact of waste rubber powder modified asphalt performance three major factors,mesh number,namely waster rubber powder content and temperature in the preparation and maintenance.According to the method of variable control identified,determined the ordinary limestone ore powder as the contrast experiment method.The matrix asphalt mix with waste rubber powder under different conditions to make asphalt mortar.Ductility test,asphalt mucilage trabecular bending test,DSC differential calorimeter sweep test were carried out on the preparation asphalt mortar.We got the routine index of the asphalt from the test results,asphalt mortar bending failure strain and ultimate strength limit,got asphalt mortar heat absorption in the heating process,and according to the method glass transition temperature was calculated.Determined the every influence factor separately the optimal value function.Finally according to the gray theory,obtained affecting the combination of the optimal value under the condition of three kinds of factors.
