| In recent years,more and more companies have adopted BIM technology,which is not only used in construction engineering,but also expanded to highway engineering,rail transportation engineering,airport engineering and so on.In the era of big data,it has also been combined with new technologies such as cloud technology,Internet of Things,and RFID radio frequency identification,which has broadened the application scope of BIM technology.Academia and industry are paying attention to the satisfaction of users during and after the implementation of BIM while paying attention to the BIM application field.Analysing why the removal affects the satisfaction of BIM users,and how these causes affect each other,directly affects the success or failure of the BIM technology information system project,and is also a problem that researchers and corporate executives should pay more attention to.In this study,the impact factors of BIM user satisfaction and the interaction mechanism between the factors are studied from the user’s perspective to gain a deeper understanding of the user’s ideas and improve the satisfaction of BIM users,so as to speed up the application of BIM.large number of scholars at home and abroad have studied the satisfaction of users of information systems.This research focuses on the research of user satisfaction of BIM systems in the field of information systems.The main research contents include the conceptual model of BIM user satisfaction and the system of observation variables;the influencing factors and mechanism of BIM user satisfaction.This research is based on the actual situation of BIM,combined with existing research results and related theories,and conducted empirical research.Through the analysis of literature and theory,eight influencing factors that are more important for BIM user satisfaction are summarized,which are senior management support,target management,service quality,system quality,information quality,external support,perceived usefulness,and perceived ease.Usability.The data was collected through questionnaires,and 296 valid questionnaires were obtained,and data analysis was conducted on this basis.Based on statistical analysis methods,SPSS 23.0 software was used to perform exploratory factor analysis on the sample data.Then the structural equation model is combined with AMOS22.0 to perform confirmatory factor analysis and model fitting and re-correction to verify the hypothesis.Finally,the influence effect between each latent variable is analyzed,and the influence mechanism among them is deeply analyzed.The research conclusions of this article are as follows:(1)In the organizational dimension,top management support has a direct effect on BIM user satisfaction,but also has an indirect effect through perceived usefulness.Senior management supports positive impact on target management and perceived usefulness.Target management is not directly related to BIM user satisfaction,but indirectly affects and indirectly affects BIM user satisfaction through the intermediary role of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness The impact is weakest.In the technical dimension,information quality and service quality affect BIM user satisfaction through the intermediary of perceived usefulness,and system quality positively affects service quality and information quality.Service quality is a negative indirect effect on BIM user satisfaction through perceived usefulness.In the environmental dimension,external support has the most significant direct impact on BIM user satisfaction,and the impact on satisfaction is mediated through perceived ease of use.(2)Perceived usability has an indirect effect on BIM user satisfaction through perceived usefulness.Perceived usefulness positively affects BIM user satisfaction,and only direct impact has no indirect impact. |
