Research On Rural Housing Industrialization Development Strtegy In Our Country

Building information modeling(BIM)is a multidimensional information model developed on the basis of traditional CAD technology.Using simulation technology to simulate the digital information of all components of buildings,so that all participants in the project from the conceptual stage to the complete removal of the entire life cycle in the model for information processing,it realizes the information sharing and cooperation in the whole life cycle of constructionprojects.It is well known that the labor cost of the construction industry has increased sharply,while the labor productivity has not been improved.According to the experience of the construction industry in the United States,the value of BIM technology in construction and operation and maintenance phase is the largest especially in the construction stage.How to use BIM technology better in project management and engineering practice,how to use BIM technology to improve the level of project management and labor productivity,is the current domestic constructionneeds,and tostudy thecontent andkey technologies.On the basis of summarizing the application of existing BIM technology in the construction stage,this paper firstly expounds the problems and causes of the traditional management methods in the quality,cost and progress of the three major management processes,and then from the above three aspects,this paper introduces the application of BIM in the construction phase and the advantages of BIM technology,and compares it with the traditional construction project management method and the construction project management method after introducing BIM technology.Finally,combined withthe representativeapplication cases athome and abroad,this paper expounds the concrete application of BIM technology in the construction stage,summarizes the obstacles encountered in the application of BIM technology in the construction stage,and puts forward its suggestions for popularization and development.The research results of this paper will help to reduce and avoid the problems in the traditional construction project management methods such as low quality,delay of construction period and budget overrun,and improvethe construction technologyand management level.
