The Research Of Application And Method Of Monitoring Point Layout Of Common Trunk Highway Network In Jiangsu Province

With the highway mileage increasing and the road network structure constantly improved,the traffic management has been in rapid exertion.Moreover,highway network monitoring service is an important security basis of traffic running.In order to enhance the management and service levels of main line network,and to achieve the goal "visible,measurable and controllable" of national and provincial highway networks,the state,the provinces and cities are actively engaged in the construction of monitoring points and monitoring facilities of highway network.This paper would carry out the research through the study of domestic and foreign existing types of related to traffic monitoring facilities layout method,and within the existing Traffic survey point and overload site layout scheme,and from the point of view of highway network monitoring status and demand analysis,and from the view of important monitoring point identification and application of combined with node and link importance.Finally,the whole methods from planning to construction would be combined out by clustering analysis method,traffic flow theory and other methods.First,breaking highway network and abstracting to topologic structure with the theory of traffic wave combined based on the traffic management requirements,and finding out the shape and length of the effective monitoring range.Secondly,using graph theory and AHP method to establish a routine and important monitoring point identification method,and finding out all the locations of monitoring point on the network.Thirdly,in view of different functional requirement combined with the relevant indicators,using K-Means cluster analysis to study the classification of important monitoring points.Finally,use the theory system,and take the G204 in Yancheng City as an example,to carry out the planning of highway network monitoring points in Yancheng City.Eventually it formed a practical method of planning of monitoring point from highway network,which has certain guiding significance to the future of important monitoring points layout application all over the province.
