The Research On User-centered Design Of Isokinetic Dynamometer

With the gradual improvement of living standard,people begin to pay more attention to their health.As the demand for medical products is growing,medical device industry begin to show up.At present,the domestic medical device industry is developing rapidly,and has also made some remarkable achievements.However,for lack of research and development capacity,the innovation of domestic medical device industry is weak,resulting in lack of market competitiveness.The majority of domestic enterprises can only wandering in the low-end market,instead,the high-end market has been occupied by foreign manufacturers for a long time.To reverse this situation,the domestic medical enterprises begin to strengthen the pursuit of technology.But,what they don't realize is that there is another important factor to perfect their medical products,which have been ignored for a long time,and that is human-factor.Thus,from the perspective of human factor,this paper,focusing on isokinetic dynamometer,is trying to put the user-centered design concept into the design and production of medical device products.In the meantime,it hopes to give enlightenment on the future study of medical device products,making the medical device products more humane,reducing the pain caused by poor design to patients,enhancing the value-added products,and further enhancing the international competitiveness of domestic medical device industry.To begin with,this paper studies with the theory of user-centered design,and take it as the theoretical basis.Then,it focuses on the concept of isokinetic dynamometer,to learn what this product is and how it works.After that,it does research on user characteristics and user requirements,to make sure what we do is what they need.And then,basing on the theories of early stage,it proposes several design concepts,and optimizes the design scheme after screening.Last but not least,it set up a evaluation system of semantic differential method to verify it.By all accounts,technological innovation has never been an easy task.But,in terms of user-centered design,domestic medical device industry can do a lot job on it,even better than abroad.With the integration of human factor,domestic medical device industry will be getting better and better.
