| With the development of China’s socialism and the continuous improvement of China’s economy,the assembly of space grid structure is more and more widely used,such as the bird’s nest,WuHan Railway Station and other large span space truss structure.However,there is no detailed theoretical support for the study of the local properties of space truss structures.In the process of design and calculation,it is simplified to two-force rods.Therefore,it is not possible to understand the stress and strain of each component in detail.So,for the use of the material,whether it will cause waste and the steel structure design of each component of the bearing capacity design value is too conservative,it needs pending further analysis.For longspan space truss structures,it is possible that the loss of the load carrying capacity of a certain member will inevitably result in the load of the adjacent member in the process of use.If the grid structure will cause the collapse of the whole like Domino at this time or can still be safe and normal use the same as the original,it needs us to us to carry out a precise and accurate study of the structure.In the space grid structure,there are two methods of connecting the combined member.One is bolt ball-six angle sleeve-Seal-bolt-steel pipe-bolt-Seal-six corner sleeve-bolt ball.Second is bolt ball-six angle sleeve-cone head-bolt-steel pipe-bolt-cone-six-Corner-bolt ball.However,in the current research situation,there is no detailed calculation method for the performance of each part of the composite member in the use of long span space truss.Therefore,it is very important to study the mechanical properties of the composite members under load.As a result,it can cause the rod member to have the slight distortion in the process of production,the transportation,the installation.According to the requirements of the code for construction acceptance of steel structures,we consider the actual initial bending of member in this paper and take the analytic study of bearing capacity of composite components.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The ansys is used to establish the composite member with the seal plate and the solid model of the composite bar with a conical head.Using the method of surface and surface contact in ansys and simulating the contact relation of the two method(one is bolt ball-six angle sleeve,six angle sleeve-seal plate,seal plate and bolt;Second is bolt ball-six angle sleeve,corner sleeve-cone head,cone head and bolt).(2)Take the study on the bearing capacity of two kinds of composite bar with cone head and sealing plate,and draw the stress and strain curves of each component under different loads,and study the influence of friction coefficient on the bearing capacity of the member.(3)Take the study on the bearing capacity of the member with different length and analyse the influence of length on the bearing capacity of the member.(4)The end plate and the cone head model are established to study the relationship between the installation direction and the bending direction of the six angle sleeve. |
