The Research Of Transitional Community Planning Based On Humanistic Theory

The community is the basic level of the Chinese governance system of organization framework,which is also the cornerstone of social development.However,it is a place including various contradictions and problems.Humanistic theory put forward people-oriented and consider the needs and interests of people.Humanistic theory is the core of community construction and planning,which is the key method to solve a variety of contradictions and problems.The transitional community as the product of the urbanization process and Chinese governance system,although has been transformed from rural communities to urban communities in the Chinese governance system,but in the respect of “production and lifestyle urbanization” and “space organization urbanization” is still taken on a special pattern which is different from the general structure of city.Transitional community has two different social groups of landless farmers and migrants,which is different from other communities in culture,customs,lifestyle and so on,and represents unique features from other communities.On the basis of the thought involving issue-raising,issue-analysis and issue-solving,this paper starts with the case of Longgang district in Shenzhen,including many transitional communities.Then the paper researches what caused emergence of the transitional communities,the present characteristics,the exist problems and why it comes about.Then the article based on Nanling community,one of the typical transitional community,puts forward planning strategies from four aspects,which is management system,social development,spacial reconstruction and economical development.This paper is intended to provide a valuable reference for transitional community planning in other regions.
