Most of the modern mechanical sweeper are bulky,sweeping wide,and easy to cause blind angle,which are not suitable for these small public areas.At the same time,the traditional way for cleaning these public areas is low efficiency and easily leads to serious dust and secondary pollution.In view of the above,the purpose of this subject is to design a small electric sweeper which is suitable for cleaning the above places.The focus of this paper is the rolling drum-type sweeper and garbage delivery system of the small electric sweeper.First of all,this paper choosed a reasonable layout for the design of the sweeper from the common layout of a sweeper.For the rolling and garbage transportation system,this paper offered three kinds of feasible schemes of design,and choosed the best one of the three schemes by comparing the analysis.The structure and working principle of the best scheme were introduced in detail,because it was very helpful to analyze the motion state later.Secondly,the kinematics analysis of the working process of the rolling and garbage transportation system was researched in this paper.Regarding waste particles which generated in the working process as a research object.The movement of the waste particles in the process was studied,and the equations of the trajectories of the theoretical trajectories were deduced.Then,according to the theoretical equations of the trajectory of the garbage movement,a simulation was compiled by MATLAB.The influence of parameters of structure on the trajectory of the garbage movement by changing the parameters of structure were analyzed,then,the structure was optimized.Finally,the operation process of the rolling and garbage transportation system was analyzed by ADAMS.To provide a theoretical basis for the design of the sweeper,the stress of the rubbish particles and the movement trajectories of the rubbish particles in the process were researched with the cleaning parameters such as the speed of the roller brush,the speed of the drum,the speed of the cleaning,the particle size of the waste particles,the mass of the waste particles and other factors.
