With the rapid development of modern power grid,the large-capacity transformers are widely used,the reliable operation of the transformer is important to assure the safety of the power grid.Due to the large size of the large-capacity transformer,the transportation of large-capacity transformer is usually restricted by transporting capacity.To keep the transformer capacity a constant,reducing the size of the transformer become a new way in large capacity transformer design.Yoke-pressed transformer is a kind of special structure,which the width of widest steel sheet of upper iron yoke and lower iron yoke are pressed to reduce the transformer height.Because the changes in the structure of transformer core will lead to corresponding changes in the electromagnetic performance of transformer,the research on the electromagnetic performance of the yoke-pressed transformer is significant to the design and manufacture of related products in the future.For yoke-pressed transformer,in order to reduce the height and volume of the transformer,the widest steel sheets are pressed and the smallest steel sheets are enlarge at the same time to keep the core cross section area contant.Taking DSP-241000kVA/500 kV single phase three column yoke-pressed structure transformer as the research object,in order to research the transformer performance variation produced by core structure changes,the nomal structure yoke and other three different levels of yoke-pressed iron core structure models are constructed in this paper,and the cross sectional area of the different structure cores are the same.The primary windings of four types of transformer are connected to same voltage source,the secondary winding of four types of transformer are open circuited.The magnetic field and excitation current of four structure transformers are calculated using field-circuit coupled finite element method,and the magnetic field and excitation current are analyzed and compared.Then the core vibration caused by electromagnetic force are analyzed and calculated,the modal of the different structure core are analyzed.Power bin with a variety of electrical controling equipment inside,is one of the most general device in power system.Power bin are usually placed in outdoor and damp environment which will cause the power bin internal space with high humidity.The internal electric control equipment working in this high humidity state will affect the safety of the power system.To solve dehumidification problem in power bin,a automatic,environment-protecting and energy saving dehumifier is designed in this paper,which the dehumidifying effect is improved obviously.The peltier semiconductor refrigerating slice is the main part of dehumidification module.The hardware of detection module,control module,and dehumidification module are designed and corresponding software of all modules are programmed.And combining with the IOT(Internet of things),and network module are built by using network control chip ENC28J60,the environment temperature and humidity data of power bin are transferred to the cloud server through the network,the staff can monitor the power bin environmental information by computer and APP in real time.
