Power equipment such as transformers and reactors are widely used in power system transmission and transformation as well as in daily production and life.Withthe improvement of the materials characteristics of silicon steel and the manufacturing process of electrical equipment,the vibration noise of iron-core power equipment is reduced.However,with the gradual improvement of people's living environment requirements,the vibration and noise of the product operation is still an important factor determining its production and operation as well as its market share,especially in recent years,the research and development of reactor,its vibration and noise become the key problem of design and operation.Based on the requirements of industrial enterprises,this thesis realizes the electromagnetic vibration noise analysis of power transformer products.Firstly,a synchronous measure system for magnetic characteristics and vibration of core materials is designed and developed.On this basis,magnetic field and vibration calculation and measurement of lab-level and product-level laminated core are realized.In general,the main points of this thesis are as follows:(1)An integrated measurement system for magnetic characteristics and vibration of core material is researched and developed.That is,on the basis of Epstein frame magnetic characteristics measurement method conforming to the national standard and electrical steel magnetic characteristics measurement method,the core structure of silicon steel laminated is constructed and excited,and the magnetic characteristics measurement parameter information and vibration acceleration of silicon steel laminated are obtained at the same time.The measurement system can be widely used in engineering practice,and the magnetic characteristics and vibration can be measured quickly and accurately in the production practice of silicon steel material industry,so as to promote the working efficiency for engineers.(2)Based on the measurement of magnetic characteristics of silicon steel,the magnetic field and vibration mechanics of single phase transformer of 2KW single-phase transformer are analyzed and measured.Firstly,the magnetic characteristics of single phase transformer core samples are measured,and the coupling relationship between electromagnetic filed and vibration is analyzed in detail.The electromagnetic field and electromagnetic vibration of the prototype are analyzed,and the magnetostrictive characteristics are fully considered in the vibration analysis.It lays a foundation for applying the results of calculation and analysis to the electromagnetic vibration noise analysis of power equipment products.(3)The electromagnetic field analysis,solid vibration analysis and ambient sound field analysis of hollow reactor products are realized by applying the preliminary research foundation.Firstly,a 3D analytical model of a product level prototype is established.In order to calculate the electromagnetic vibration noise level of products,the electromagnetic vibration of the product's vibration source,namely the core,and winding coil,is accurately analyzed.On this basis,the sound field around the core is analyzed.In order to get closer to the actual working state of the product,the effect of oil tank body and transformer oil on vibration and sound field distribution is further considered in the thesis,and the vibration noise distribution of oil tank body is calculated and analyzed.In this way,the vibration information of the oil tank body and the sound field distribution around the product can be obtained directly,which is convenient for engineers to directly carry out the comparative analysis of product calculation and measurement.The research results are helpful for engineers to estimate the noise level and optimize the design of the product.
