With the rapid development of industry,the consumption of energy in various countries in the world is increasing,the global energy supply is increasingly tight,and the contradiction between the development of productivity and the shortage of energy is becoming more and more serious.At the same time,with the increasing awareness of global environmental protection and the concept of sustainable development,the problem of energy conservation and comprehensive utilization has been paid more and more attention in the world.Among them,building energy-saving is an important part of the whole energy-saving work,and it is a common problem that countries all over the world pay attention to at present.The main aspect of building energy efficiency is to reduce building energy consumption,and air conditioning energy consumption accounts for a considerable proportion of the total building energy consumption,among which hospital buildings have become one of the most energy-consuming public buildings per unit area.Clean operating room is an indispensable department in the construction of new hospital and the reconstruction of old hospital.The independent control system of temperature and humidity is adopted,that is,the fresh air unit undertakes the dehumidification function and the circulating air unit undertakes the function of heat load,which can effectively achieve the purpose of saving energy.Our new wind dehumidification unit has the following shortcomings:long section,resulting in high cost,lack of market competitiveness;no standard model,need to be designed according to single non-standard,non-standard away copper pipe,resulting in low design efficiency,long shelf life.In view of its deficiency,this paper was carried out to optimize the unit,specific as follows:1.Based on the standardization idea and the market investigation,the standard depth dehumidifier model which is suitable for 4 air volume range was desired.Combined with the fluency of drainage and the increase in humidity caused by the re-evaporation of condensed water in the condensing coil,the function section of the original depth dehumidifier is arranged as the dehumidification section of the surface cooling section(including evaporative coil/condensing coil/compressor/gas-liquid separator/throttle valve/pipeline,etc.).In order to optimize the length of the section,the overhaul section is cancelled.On the premise of ensuring the performance,the section size is consistent with the section size of the surface cooling coil,and the surface cooling section and the dehumidifying section are placed together in a compact arrangement in a whole water tray.The compressor and other components are placed in the water tray,the structure of the support used as a good support.2.Detailed performance tests and reliability tests were conducted for different types of units.Results show that,although the size and structure of the unit are simplified to a great extent,the actual air volume is more than 95%of the nominal air volume under the condition of 14℃/95%and 8.2 g/kg when the evaporator is designed for the performance test of the prototype.Moreover,reliability verification is carried out for 6 HP units with nominal air volume of 10000 m~3/h:low temperature operation test of fluorine system,pipeline vibration and stress and strain test,operation test of maximum load of large air volume.Test found:at rated frequency and rated voltage,under the actual minimum air volume condition,there is no frost on the windward surface of the evaporator.The vibration test of the compressor exhaust pipe,the return pipe and the connected pipeline of the machine under test are carried out respectively.For nominal air volume and maximum load operation test,the vibration displacement of suction pipe and exhaust pipe is 0.099 mm..At 1.3 times nominal air volume and maximum load condition,the unit under test can start and work normally,and the reliability of anti-icing protection of evaporator is high.When the evaporation temperature caused by small air volume is lower than-2℃,the protection of evaporator anti-icing can also be operated,and the compressor stops.All tests meet the reliability requirements of the design requirements.3.Based on the test data of air moisture content and air dry ball temperature under 100%air volume and55%air volume,the calculation model of air moisture content,air dry-bulb temperature and inlet air dry ball temperature is obtained,and the design parameters between 55%and 100%air volume are obtained by interpolation method,which provides the basis for the selection and design of practical engineering.
