Biomass resources with large reserves,widely distributed,clean,recyclable and other characteristics,and vigorously promote the efficient use of biomass energy has become the national "three five" during an important measure.The simplest and direct way to use biomass is to burn directly.The problem is how to deal with biomass flue gas to meet the national standard emission limits.Electrostatic dust removal as a widely used dust removal method has the characteristics of high dust removal efficiency,large amount of flue gas treatment,good adaptability to dust particle range,good adaptability to dust concentration,low running cost,and consideration of biomass flue gas.The use of electrostatic dust to deal with biomass smoke,so that the concentration of biomass flue gas to meet the national emission standards.First consult the relevant information to understand the basic knowledge of electrostatic precipitator,and according to the characteristics of biomass flue gas,with reference to the design of coal-fired flue gas electrostatic precipitator designed a set of 60 kw biomass furnace with line-type electrostatic precipitator Device.Then,a set of biomass smoke and dust removal test bed was set up with biomass furnace as dust source.The positive and negative polarity,voltage size,flue gas velocity,flue dust concentration,smoke Gas temperature,dust particle size,electrode line form of the seven factors on the efficiency of dust removal.The experimental data were analyzed from the aspects of dust force,electric field intensity,dust charge,dust driving speed,flue gas outlet concentration,volt-ampere characteristic curve and so on.The causes of the influence of various factors on dust removal efficiency were obtained The The results show that the efficiency of negative voltage is better than that of positive voltage.The efficiency of dust removal increases with the increase of voltage,but there is an optimal voltage.The efficiency of dust removal decreases with the increase of flue gas flow rate,and there is an optimal flow rate.The dust removal efficiency decreases with the increase of the temperature;the efficiency of the grading and dust removal increases with the increase of the particle size;the T-type electrode line is the same as the dust removal efficiency decreases with the increase of the flue gas concentration;The dust removal effect is better than the circular electrode line.Finally,through the analysis of the experimental data,the optimal working voltage of the electrostatic precipitator is determined when the 60 kw biomass furnace is running under different load and different combustion conditions.The relationship between the flue gas flow rate and the optimum working voltage in the ignition phase:(10)(28)055.109995.20 vV.The relationship between the flue gas flow rate and the optimum working voltage in the combustion stage:(10)(28)045.100055.15 vV.The best working voltage is put forward to achieve the goal of reducing the running cost as much as possible under the premise that the export flue gas concentration satisfies the national standard,and provides guidance for the practical application of the project.
