| To conform to the latest "Emission standard of air pollutants for thermal power plants", and improve the collection efficiency of electrostatic precipitator effectively, flue gas conditioning technology is economical, practical and effective.This paper firstly introduces the mechanism, the process flow, and the application examples of SO3 flue gas conditioning technology and NH3 flue gas conditioning technology, and then the principles, characteristics, scope of application, the process flow, and application examples of dual flue gas conditioning technology is summarized. SO3 flue gas conditioning technology can effectively reduce the specific resistance of dust, while NH3 gas conditioning technology can increase adhesion between particles of dust, and adjust the acidity of flue gas. When the efficiency of only SO3 or NH3 conditioning is not good, dual flue gas conditioning technology of NH3+SO3 can improve SO3 flue conditioning effect and reduce the amount of SO3. Dual flue gas conditioning is better than SO3 or NH3 flue gas conditioning, and it can significantly improve the efficiency of electric precipitator.In this paper, the effect of ammonia on fly ash property in dual flue gas conditioning process was analyzed with a series of simulation work condition experiments. The fly ash was conditioned with ammonia of different concentrations and different time, then the particle size of ash samples are increased, and the adhesion force is also enhanced. This is conducive to collect fly ashes for electrostatic precipitator. The experimental results also show that the size and adhesion force of ash samples are increasing with the increase of conditioning concentration and time in a certain range. |
