The construction industry is an important part of the national economy.China’s construction industry is still a labor-intensive industry.In the process of building construction,construction methods such as high energy consumption,low efficiency,high pollution,and extensive production methods are still common.The development of prefabricated buildings is not only conducive to saving resources,reducing pollution,improving labor productivity and quality,but also an important measure to promote supply-side reform and develop new urbanization.The Party Central Committee and State Council clearly proposed to use 10 years or so to make assembly.The construction area accounts for 30% of the newly built building area.Assembling steel structure construction is an emerging product of the construction industry.How to establish a method for evaluating the performance of a prefabricated steel structure residential building has become an urgent need.Based on the investigation of relevant domestic and foreign literatures,this paper focuses on the performance characteristics of fabricated steel structure residential buildings,and establishes an evaluation model.The evaluation model can be used to evaluate the performance of fabricated steel structure residential buildings in China.An evaluation method is provided.Several major factors affecting the performance of fabricated steel structure residential buildings were proposed,and several major aspects of the performance improvement of fabricated steel structure residential buildings at this stage were proposed.It has played an active role in the improvement and improvement of the performance of prefabricated steel structure residential buildings in China.This paper first investigates and analyzes the related research on building performance evaluation at home and abroad.Through the methods of literature research and questionnaire survey,the influencing factors of the performance evaluation of the fabricated steel structure residential buildings are proposed,and the index system of performance evaluation is established.The weights of the evaluation indicators are determined by Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process.Finally,combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation The performance evaluation model of the prefabricated steel structure residential building was constructed,and the feasibility and effectiveness of the model were verified by taking the 17 th building of Wandu Daducheng as an example. |
