Research On The Cost Control Of Baoding River International Construction Project

In recent years,witn the deepening reform of our country industrialization construction and production,building the mode of production and management of the project organization structure,profound changes have taken place,this not only embodies the Chinese construction industry development direction and trend,is an important symbol of the country’s economic structure transformation.In order to respond to the national policy,the application of the assembly structure,this structure not only meet the basic requirements of the national industrial production,but also actively respond to the requirements of the national green energy building.From the structural form itself,this structure has the advantages of strong integrity,fast construction speed,the quality of the project is easy to control,energy saving and environmental protection,in line with the national policy call and development direction.This paper takes Hebei Baoding River international project as an example,the analysis of the assembled structure in the form of engineering and engineering cost of each node,and contrast with the traditional construction methods related to,from multiple perspectives to focus on the overall project cost assembly structure to control,and in the process of the analysis step by step,each part of the impact of the project cost and the influencing factors,and combined with the related concept and the assembly structure in a situation of the development of our country,find out the disadvantages and problems of.Put forward a reasonable way of improvement and indicate the direction and method of development.This study found that the assembly structure is higher than that of the traditionalconstruction technology cost structure,and in the design stage,the preparation cost of this part of the stage and the construction stage is relatively much higher,but from the whole life cycle of the building structure,the assembly type structure in the use and maintenance costs later the cost will be relatively low a lot.Therefore,from the whole life cycle of the project to analyze the overall structure of the assembly structure and the traditional structure of the construction cost of a slight increase in the project,but basically flat.The purpose of this paper is to find out the higher part of the cost of the assembly structure,and to provide a guideline for the development of the structure.
