Research Of Cost Optimization Of Zhoushan River-sea Coordinated Transport Network

Zhoushan is located in the Yangtze river delta economic hinterland,with good economic development environment,combined with the positive influence of Shanghai shipping industry development,Zhoushan shipping industry has developed rapidly.With the advantages of geographical location,superior deepwater port and deepwater channel,the outlook of river-sea coordinated transport of Zhoushan is bright.In this paper,the river-sea coordinated transport system and its transport network are introduced and studied.We study the transport costs of river-sea coordinated transport of Zhoushan,on the basis of the low cost of it,we choose the transport path,transit port and tonnage of the ship.Firstly,This article has carried on the detailed instructions of the natural condition,position location,navigation conditions,port conditions and shipping industry of Zhoushan.Although Zhoushan is good to develop river-sea coordinated transport.The condition of channel condition is good,Zhoushan has plenty of deep water port and shipping companies,but the distribution of channel conditions is uneven,routes need to be optimized designed,a series of problems,such as,ship's tonnage is small,it is need to be solved.Secondly,this paper introduces the process of three stages of Zhoushan river-sea coordinated transport,including road transport,inland river shipping and maritime transport.On this basis,this paper discusses the four main factors of the network of Zhoushan river-sea coordinated transport,they are the goods demand,waterway conditions,port construction and ship type selection.And I analyze and summarize on the four main factors between them about the relationship,the role and influence of them.After understanding the four main factors of the river-sea coordinated transport of Zhoushan,in order to further optimize the Zhoushan river-sea coordinated transport network,this paper introduces the concept of virtual port,set up the constraint conditions and parameters,determine the objective function,and gets the modelinganalysis under the lowest cost of transportation,finally further explained by an example analysis.Under the minimum cost of transportation,We get the Zhoushan river-sea coordinated transport path,establish the goods receiving and transit port,and choose reasonable the ship's tonnage.But,because the data collection cannot be totally accuated,together with selection of approximate parameters,as well as the limitations of the academic level of the author,the research for the development of Zhoushan river-sea coordinated transport is for reference only.
