To investigate the basic situation of the risk management(RM)for the construction project of the qingtongxia photovoltaic power generation.Analysis the risk and risk management in project progress;the risk matrix method is applied to evaluate the risk factors of the various stages of project initiation,planning and implementation,as well as corresponding processing.Thus,study and discussion of project risk control principles and specific risk control method.In this study,the first chapter is the introduction part,mainly introduces the research background and significance;the research methods,contents and research at domestic and abroad on the current grid photovoltaic power generation project risk management theory and practice review.In the second chapter,introduces the basic situation of the project and the problems of risk management of the project;the third chapter,mainly discusses the studies for the evaluation of the project risk factors,including the assessment of total program,application of risk matrix method,the start of the project,plan and the various stages of the implementation of risk factors evaluation.In the fourth chapter,research project risk control of concrete in the foregoing basis,introduces the specific risk control measures,and in the end stage of the practice summary for the risk control in the project.This study can help and improve the management of new energy construction projects.In short,this study confirmed that the risk control theory and measures for photovoltaic power project construction of great significance,in the future work needs further study and exploration.
