| With the urbanization of population,human activities become more and more frequent,and the pollution of water surface garbage in rivers,lakes,aquaculture waters and other small waters is becoming more and more serious.At present,most of them are manual salvage,which is time-consuming and laborious,and the safety of personnel can not be guaranteed.For the surface garbage cleaning of these small waters,this paper takes a new type of small waters garbage automatic cleaning ship as the research object,realizes the automatic way to salvage surface garbage,reduces the difficulty of small waters surface garbage cleaning,improves the efficiency of small waters cleaning,and ensures the safety of operators.The main activity area of small water area automatic cleaning ship is small water area,which requires flexible hull,simple control,and as much as possible to expand the cleaning area.According to these actual needs,this paper develops a new type of small water area automatic cleaning ship,puts forward the working principle and design method of the cleaning ship,designs and optimizes the mechanical structure:propulsion mechanism,collection mechanism and hull,introduces the rotating brush mechanism,optimizes the selection of the electric circuit,and establishes the complete assembly model of the new type of small water area automatic cleaning ship The cleaning efficiency of small water area cleaning ship is improved.This paper analyzes and optimizes the key mechanical structure of the small water area cleaning ship collection mechanism,deduces the dynamic equation of the garbage collection mechanism with the dynamic theory,determines the coupling term,analyzes a decoupling model,establishes the dynamic simulation model of the collection mechanism,obtains the dynamic simulation analysis results of the collection mechanism under the decoupling model,and verifies the rationality of the decoupling model.At the same time,the finite element analysis of each component of the collection mechanism is carried out to optimize the material properties,and the stress nephogram and moving nephogram of each component are obtained to optimize the design of the collection mechanism.This paper puts forward the control method of small water area automatic cleaning ship,optimizes the selection of control elements,and develops a simple and safe control program system.Through the function realization of each component,a complete control system of the whole ship is formed,which realizes the remote control and flexible control of various operation actions of the ship.The small water area automatic cleaning ship provides a feasible scheme for the cleaning of floating objects in small water areas such as urban rivers,parks and lakes,which can greatly improve the current backward situation. |
