| With the rapid development of domestic rail transit field,the speed of the train is also rising.In order to make the vehicle safe and smooth operation,it is necessary to ensure the rationality of the weight distribution of the ancillary equipment,so that the torque of the equipment and carbody weight on the vertical and horizontal axis are zero.When the distribution of the ancillary equipment under the carbody is not reasonable that will cause the vehicle torque unbalance and a weight deviation between front and rear bogies or left and right air springs,and then make a weight deviation on the shaft(wheel),which has an impact on the performance of rail vehicles.Reasonable design the distribution plan of ancillary equipment weight under the carbody,reduce weight deviation of the vehicle,that will be of great significance to enhance the performance of the vehicle.On the issue of optimizing the weight distribution of ancillary equipment under the vehicle,this paper has done the following aspects of the work:First,consider the carbody as a rigid body,and reasonable simplify the vehicle body-ancillary equipment system,build a simplified model of carbody-ancillary equipment.According to the principle of moment balance,converts to solve vehicle minimum weight deviation problem to the problem of minimum square of the moment sum,and transform it into the mathematical model of quadratic programming.Use the matlab optimization toolbox to optimize the layout of a certain type of EMU with five ancillary equipments.Then,based on the mathematical model of minimum load-bearing deviation,the software design of the weight distribution of the auxiliary equipment is carried out.And in the software design process,some modules have been added,such as:the calculation of the results of screening,calculation of load-bearing deviation of layout scheme,enriched the computing function of the software.The visualization of the weight distribution calculation of the ancillary equipment is realized,and it will greatly improve the track vehicle designers work efficiency.Finally,the influence of the weight distribution of the auxiliary equipment on the vibration modal of the vehicle is studied,using the software filtering function,choose four layout schemes that meet the need of load-bearing deviation,respectively set up simulation model of four kinds of layout scheme,and then make the calculations of modal analysis and transient analysis.Contrast four different influence law of carbody modal frequency and the response of some parts of the body under certain exciter that in four different layout schemes,so as to provide some guidance for the equipment layout. |
