| Based on research and analyses of vibration of marine engine and propelling shaft system,the general vibration characteristics of propelling shaft system is elaborated.The harm and failure of the shaft system caused by vibration are analysed,and the corresponding means to reduce and avoid vibration is proposed.Furthermore,the impulse torque acted on thepropelling shaft system,especially on the engine cylinders are deeply analysed,and the methods to solve these problems are elebrated. Aplatform for simulating the vibration of the propelling system is developed and the corresponding software is programmed base on Visual Basic 6.0. This platform is a powerful tool to calculate the vibration of propelling shaft system,which can improve the calculation efficiercy greatly. |
