With the development of national economy,the requirement for speed and stability of railway is becoming higher and higher.Slab track of high-speed railway has the advantages of dynamic and static running,high durability,high stability and less maintenance work.It is suitable for high-speed,smooth and safe operation of railway.The cold regions in Northeast China have the climatic features of cold,long winter and large diurnal temperature changes in winter.In order to improve the durability of slab track,a series of technical measures are adopted for slab track design.This paper is based on operation and maintenance work of Harbin Dalian Passenger Dedicated Line and Panjin Yingkou Passenger Dedicated Line disk camp high iron CRTS ? slab track maintenance work in severe cold area of northeast China,the structural damage type,dynamic inspection data and the maintenance workload of the data are the foundation,and the establishment of CRTS ? slab track self compacting concrete crack cracking observation period,the study are mainly researched from the following aspects:1.The structural design features of CRTS ? and CRTS III slab track are compared and analyzed,including slab track,concrete base,filling layer and fastener.2.Research in cold area of slab track of structural damage,Research on structural damge for two types of slab track in cold area,analysis of disease analyze damage causes,and puts forward the improvement measures combine with the specific climate features,;including for establish observation period of CRTS III type slab track self compacting concrete layer to establish observation period,the make monthly observations of crack cracking,and analyze the deterioration law of development.3.Analysis ofConsult the annual dynamic inspection data of CRTS ? and CRTS III slab slab track,dynamic inspection according to the annual data,the track irregularity index,comparing the two kinds of slab track structure stability difference.4.Choose two section of slab track of the same area and same length,statistics the maintenance workload of line maintenance in 2014 ~2016,analyze the maintenance number of maintenance skylights and maintenance manual in the two slab track.This paper is based on the structural disease and maintenance and repair workload of high-speed railway in northeastern severe cold area,studies the structural difference of CRTS ? and CRTS ? slab track,summarizes the experience of maintenance and maintenance of plate-type slab track in high-speed railway in Northeast China,it has certain practical value for the maintenance of slab track in the cold area of Chinese high speed railway.
