Abstract/Summary:
With the continuous enhancement of my country’s economy and overall national strength,people’s living standards have improved,and the number of cars has continued to rise.Roadside parking can effectively solve the problem that the number of parking spaces in the parking lot is not proportional to the number of cars.Therefore,the effective supervision and rational use of roadside parking spaces have become crucial.At present,China’s roadside parking management system has a low degree of intelligence,and there are situations such as large resource consumption and loss of parking funds.In view of this,this paper designs and implements an on-street parking management terminal based on an embedded system.It combines embedded technology and edge cloud collaboration technology to achieve intelligent management of on-street parking spaces on the edge.The main work of this thesis are as follows:1.Design and elaborate the overall architecture of the roadside parking management system under the side cloud collaborative mode,and analyzed the application scenarios,functional requirements and performance requirements of the roadside parking management terminal in the system.Then according to the demand of the analysis,the layered structure of the terminal and the roadside parking management scheme based on the roadside parking management terminal are designed.Finally,the terminal development platform and related algorithms are analyzed and selected.2.Research of the license plate recognition algorithm in the roadside parking management terminal.Aiming at the problem that the license plate recognition algorithm based on neural network does not work well on the embedded platform with limited computing power,the lightweight neural network Mobile Net-SSD is selected as the license plate positioning recognition network.Then,for the problem that the Mobile NetSSD network has a poor classification effect on small target detection,the lightweight neural network Mobile Net-SSD is improved.Fusion of feature maps of different scales to enhance the detection and classification effect of the network on small targets,and according to the characteristics of the size of license plates and license plate characters in China,the size ratio of the a priori frame in the network is reset to further improve the detection and recognition effect of the network on the license plate.Through experiments,it which proved that the license plate position and recognition algorithm designed in this paper can maintain high real-time and high accuracy.3.On the basis of completing the terminal demand analysis and the main algorithm research,the specific business processing flow and functions of the roadside parking management terminal are designed and implemented.Including parking space coordinate acquisition module,license plate positioning recognition module,parking space status detection module,data storage,billing module and data interaction module.4.Test the terminal functions and analyze the results.Through analysis and selection of test programs and the establishment of a simulation environment,functional and nonfunctional tests were carried out on the management terminal,and the test results were analyzed.The test results show that the roadside parking management terminal based on the embedded system designed in this paper can realize the unmanned management of roadside parking spaces under different lighting and weather conditions,and achieves the expected goal.
