The Study On Quality Supervision System Of Changchun Subway Project

Currently there are two subway lines,Line 1 and Line 2,under construction in Changchun City.The total length of the first phase project of Metro Line 18.5 kilometers from the North Ring Road,along the North People's Street to the Southern New Town.15 underground stations(including the North Square Station of the Changchun Railway which has been built along with the third phase project of light rail)and seven transfer stations will be established.The average distance between the adjoining station is about 1202 meters.It goes through the north-south direction of Changchun City,along the main street of Changchun City,The People's Street.The preliminary design budget of the project is estimated at 16.1 billion yuan.The test section of the project started from May 2011,and the comprehensive construction began in April 2012.At present,the project has been opened to traffic.Decoration and installation of mechanical and electrical equipment are in progress.The direction the first phase project of Metro Line 2 which is totally underground is from east to west in Changchun City,along the way through Jingyang Road,Jiefang Road and Jilin Road laying.The aggregate length of the project is 22.8 kilometersThere are 19 underground stations and 6 transfer stations in total.The average station distance is 1249 meters.The preliminary design budget of the project is 15.4 billion yuan,which started construction in 2013 and is currently under construction.This paper introduces the relevant theory of the quality supervision system of subway project and the present situation of the quality supervision system of the subway project in Changchun City.It analyzes the existing problems of the quality supervision system of the subway project in Changchun City.This paper puts forward the applicable measures to improve the quality supervision system of the subway project in Changchun City.Finally,the paper presents the safeguard measures to perfect the quality supervision system of the subway project in Changchun City.The conclusion of this study is helpful for theoretically promoting the improvement of the comprehensive quality management and the subway project quality supervision system.The current research methodology are improved.In practice,quality supervision system of Changchun metro project have been optimized,which effectively controls the quality of the subway project in Changchun City and ensures the safe travel of Changchun citizens.
