Design And Application Of An Intelligent Calibration Device For The Penetration Type Mortar-strength Tester

The mortar-strength tester is a kind of instrument which can measure the compressive strength of masonry mortar by penetrating method.It has been widely used in the testing of compressive strength of masonry mortar in both industrial and civil buildings.It is a kind of mortar Strength of the commonly used instruments.The accuracy of the penetrating mortar strength detector is directly related to the quality of the construction project.According to JJF 1372-2013 "Penetration mortar-strength tester calibration standard" provides that the working force about penetration of the spring be compressed 20 mm and the working distance about the 800 N force returns to zero should be calibrated.Based on the structure and working principle of the penetrating-mortar strength tester and the requirements of JJF1372-2012 "Penetration mortar-strength tester calibration standard ",this paper has developed a full-digital control calibration device,which can clamp the penetration instrument in center alignment,with the force Changes in indicators,automatically record the relevant location point,intelligently control the movement and the robot action,test force and displacement in the return travel.It comprises a frame and a support seat which is moved in the up-and-down direction and mounted on the frame for placing the penetrating device.The upper and lower sides of the support seat are respectively fixed with the resisting force measuring mechanism and loading and unloading thrusting mechanism.The output of the loading and unloading thrusting mechanism acts on the support seat,the end of the support base and the stop part of the resisting force mechanism are respectively used in contact with the main body and the penetration rod of the penetrator,and the resisting force measuring mechanism is provided with a force sensor for measuring the penetrating force.The device can make the main body and the penetration rod have relative displacement,and can gradually unload and slowly release the working spring of the penetrating-mortar.With the force sensor and displacement sensor,it is easy and accurate to measure penetrating force at any displacement in the unloading process.As the experimental results,the calibration device is easy to use,operate,and can reflect the measurement performance of the penetration mortar better.
