The construction technology of flushing mortar stone dam construction is a new dam construction method proposed in recent years,which is the innovation and improvement of the masonry construction technology.The utility model adopts a pressure cement slurry for sand washing,and relies on the impact force of the mortar and gravity to fill the gap of the already stacked rockfill body to form a stone body.It cleverly uses the slurry and sand to dynamically and continuously mix during the falling process,and fills up the large-size aggregate of the rockfill piled up before the filling,and condenses into a complete stone structure.A history of the need for manual casting of masonry structures has been revolutionized.The flushing mortar technology has a wide range of applications in the fields of building foundation replacement and masonry e ngineering.Since the advent of the mortar technology,it has been promoted and applied in dam construction and anti-seepage projects.Compared with ordinary masonry construction technology,the construction technology of flushing mortar has many advantages,such as: high degree of mechanization,fast construction speed,good anti-seepage performance,no separate anti-seepage body,and masonry stone Low diameter requirements and cost savings.However,the safety of hydraulic structures requires the strength of the stone body to ensure that the main factors affecting the strength of the stone body by analyzing the mortar technology are:(1)the performance and strength of the mortar;(2)the rock body The particle size of the material.With the wide application of blasting technology,the compressive strength of the stone directly affects the safety and reliability of the hydraulic structure.However,due to the large dam,it is impossible to use the press to check its strength.Therefore,the application of concrete acoustic wave CT for non-destructive testing of stone body strength has important practical significance.Therefore,this article has done the following work:1.Within the horizontal range taken by the test,as the water-to-binder ratio increases,the consistency of the mortar increases,and the stratification increases first and then decreases;the compressive strength decreases with the increase of the water-to-binder ratio.The effect of fly ash content and desert sand substitution rate on the fluidity of mortar shows an increasing trend.When the fly ash content and desert sand substitution rate reach 40%,the mortar has the largest fluidity.The effect of fly ash content and desert sand substitution rate on the strength of the mortar-filled test block increases first and then decreases.When the coal ash content and the desert sand substitution rate are 20%,the mortar test blocks are 28 d and 90 d.The compressive strength peaks.2.Within the scope of the experimental study,comprehensively consider the importance of consistency,stratification,28 d compressive strength and 90 d compressive strength to the project,and analyze the orthogonal test results by various factors and levels.The optimal test combination obtained by the sum of the weights is: the water-to-binder ratio is 0.975,the fly ash content is 20%,and the desert sand substitution rate is 20%.The optimal ratio can meet the preparation requirements of mortar strength M10 mortar,and it is economical and reasonable.3.The compressive strength of the stone body becomes larger as the aggregate particle size increases,and according to the damage of the test block,the bearing capacity of the large stone is larger,so it is permitted under conditions such as porosity.In this case,the lar ger the particle size selection,the better.4.Due to the large particle size of the stone in the crushed mortar stone,and the test block cannot be reserved to determine the compressive strength of the test piece,concrete acoustic wave CT can be used to detect the strength.The test shows that the velocity of sound waves in the sand-filled stone body and its compressive strength have a strong correlation between the two methods.The method is feasible and the results have reference value.
