With development of China’s industrialization process industrial plant design and research is increasingly being taken seriously. Functional design of industrial plants in order to meet the requirements of the production process, consideration of body comfort is slightly less, but more and more studies have shown that body in working environment good or bad is directly affect the production process,and working efficiency mainly depending on the efficiency of body’s health status. In the rapid economic development, we need to pay more attention to people’s living quality and labor health guarantee. Especially for industrial plants, as soon as possible in order to discharge the waste heat and pollutants of indoor room, the most effective way to improve indoor air quality of indoor ventilation.To solve problems above,the research community in a variety of industrial plant ventilation. Select one of the three major natural ventilation, Based on FLUENT software, obtained by changing the parameters of the model under three ventilation mode, the optimized design each ventilation mode. The results show that only window opened ventilation mode, the air inlet height2m-3.5m range ventilation cause the basic linear increase; air inlet height above ground cause effect change within a range of0.1m-0.5m,the ventilation effect enhancement in the range of0.5m-1.3m is obviously; better cooling effect of outdoor wind speed of0.5m/s along the plant vertical height of6m area, higher than6m regional cooling effect was not as good as1m/s-2m/s wind speed. Improved ventilation mode after the plant model, the model of natural ventilation and solar chimney model can well increased indoor comfort, natural ventilators model plant in outdoor Y to the wind speed of0.5m/s can provide the highest thermal comfort; the solar chimney model with2m in width,7m in height and solar intensity800W cased the highest indoor thermal comfort.The view from the indoor thermal comfort evaluation tell us that using natural ventilation model can reduce the average PMV index by0.59, using the solar chimney model can reduce the average PMV index of0.16. Model of natural ventilation can reduce PMV than solar chimney model by0.325.In summary, under the conditions of the proposed model, the natural ventilation model has better ventilation effect than other natural ventilation mode. But considering the variability of China’s climate, this paper has described from the regional applicability with better ventilation slection.
