slow,in order to guarantee economic sustainable development,must consider from the strategy how to effective energy saving the energy consumption of the project,make the same energy can produce more economic benefits,energy efficiency,such a reasonably.New moon yellow railroad as the second largest rail line,in the domestic coal capacity big,every year energy consumption.Therefore,put forward based on the new moon yellow line efficiency standards is necessary.30 t axle load based on the new moon yellow railroad train as the background,to explore the energy saving strategy is applicable to line the road.For now,the study of energy saving in large capacity heavy-duty train mainly around the train running on technical operation level,such as to train power system as the research object of the traction power optimization research.And heavy-duty train energy-saving strategy from the perspective of manipulation of the way research,are generally adopt traditional driving experience,start with maximum acceleration,to maximize the reduction of speed slow down or stop,increase the idle running time in the process of driving,it is in relatively flat terrain railroad good energy saving effects have been achieved.But the new moon yellow line is given priority to with big downhill,more complicated circuit conditions,the starting point to the vertical height difference at the end of projects-more than 30 t heavy-duty train axle load the task of research on the key technologies and core equipment,on the basis of five-intelligent control system design,aiming at energy saving at least 5%.The research content mainly includes the new moon yellow line conditions for research,analysis database,according to the basic line traffic information in the database set up a corresponding mechanical model;According to the division line slope condition difference section,the establishment of overloading locomotive in different slope section of the generate electricity or power consumption model;From the Angle of theory make the mathematics to train running condition,design energy-saving algorithm;Simulation software design;Simulation test the energy-saving scheme is correct,on-site inspection this energy saving scheme is correct.Specific as follows:First of all,the basis for the new moon yellow railroad lines database is analyzed,by establishing the mechanical model,and combined with the traction calculation procedures,the empirical formula and empirical data,it is concluded that the important cause of the new moon yellow line running complex added resistance is a ramp,the train operation basic resistance,air brake force applied,and the slope as a benchmark for all the size of the block.Second,the different slope sections,respectively,set up the corresponding electricity production model or power consumption model,through the law of conservation of energy and dynamic equation to analyze power consumption model and the model of electricity production,energy consumption of different sections and what factors,analysis and put forward reasonable control strategy.Again,because the new moon yellow line flat slope,the train can have different operation condition,deceleration,uniform,idle running.Need to compare several kinds of operation mode,to train under different operating conditions how to run the most energy saving to make a theoretical mathematical deduction,and energy saving algorithm is designed.Then,the software design,according to the previous derivation,modeling,mathematical calculations are related to energy saving energy saving algorithm,gives the whole control system of intelligent human-machine interface diagram.Then single energy saving part,list the overall block diagram and software design of energy-saving strategy under the different sections of the corresponding software flow chart is given,the specific analysis,make sure the correctness of the design.Finally,in the base line analysis,database modeling of energy consumption,energy saving algorithm design,software simulation platform building,under the support of the sim simulation and field test to verify the correctness of the intelligent control system and energy saving strategy.Comprehensive analysis of the factors affecting energy consumption and the theoretical research in consistent.If consistent,correctness is proved in this paper,the design thought of slightly,if there is deviation,the further reasons for error analysis,into the next phase of correction,again through the software design and validation.Such as
