China’s freight trains are developing rapidly,heavy-duty and specialization.How to improve the safety of train operation is extremely urgent.The pneumatic power generation device can generate and store power using the pressurized air of the existing air source,and apply the generated electric energy to the train brake control.Based on the pneumatic power generation device,this paper monitors and manages the lithium battery to ensure the safety of the lithium battery during the driving process.On the basis of the original heavy-duty train car brake system,electronic control unit,solenoid valve,relay valve and sensor are added to realize electronically controlled air brake(ECP),which solves the problem of rapid,heavy-duty and hybrid train hollow heavy truck adjustment.And fine control problems with anti-slip.At the same time,in order to ensure the compatibility of the new system,the original brake system can still be used in the case of insufficient supply of the original truck brake system.This paper proposes a control system with STM32 single-chip microcomputer as the core.The whole brake control system can not only control the train braking process,but also realize the braking and mitigation of the train phase,and can monitor the power supply to ensure driving safety.The power management system can detect the temperature,voltage and current of the lithium battery in real time,and based on this,the remaining power of the battery is estimated by the Kalman filter algorithm to ensure the safe driving performance of the train.In the braking process,using air as the signal source,the pressure sensor receives the signal and feeds it back to the brake control system,researches and designs the fuzzy PID controller,models and simulates the ECP braking system,and studies different braking.Command braking,mitigation and other performance of the ECP brake system.From the experiment we can see that the entire system designed can improve the braking performance of heavy-duty trains.
