As the core system of riding state perception,torque sensing system is the key of research on intelligent moped.Pure motor-assisted bicycle control the speed through speed control hand byone-way,and intelligent bikes perceive the vehicle driving state through Real-time sensing of the torque applied by the rider to the pedal,using electric power to realize intelligent riding.Currently on the market power bicycles are mainly divided into two kinds,one is the use of speed sensors,using feedback of speed to control the driving force of the motor,the motor output is proportional to the speed,and then to achieve power purposes.The other uses torque sensors.The motor is driven by feedback from the person pressing the foot pedal.From the accuracy,real-time response,linear degree of measurement,the torque sensor is a better solution.The torque sensor detection system has many implementations,including the use of reverse magnetostrictive effect,torque displacement conversion,strain gauges and so on.Based on the research and analysis of several kinds torque sensing systemof intelligent power-assisted vehicle.In view of the problems that the moped torque sensor system is very difficult to develop and high cost,this paper designs a new torque sensing system for bicycle and completed the design and construction of the system circuit.The torque sensor detection system is mainly composed of resistance strain gauge,signal processing unit based on differential amplification,12C5A60S2 single chip microcomputer,wireless transceiver unit with low power consumption CC2541 Bluetooth chip,realizing torque signal acquisition.Kalman filter is used to enhance the stability of data acquisition.A lot of experiments have been done on the system,including the module test and the whole system performance test.Under the static and dynamic conditions,this paper analyzethe accuracy and response performance of the system.The results show that the system has good stability and high precision,and can respond to the riding signal in time.It has a good popularization value.
