Study On The Construction Quality Control Of The Building Projects In The Binhai Road & Bridge Company

Quality of a construction project is the lifeline of it,and the construction phase is the critical link of the total quality control of a construction project.This thesis takes a systemic research on quality management of construction projects,especially the construction quality management.Next,based on the summary of the principles and methods of construction project quality management,this thesis chooses PDCA cycle as the basis of the establishment of construction projects quality control system.This system consists of five PDCA cycles-One Big and Four Small.‘One Big' refers to a big PDCA cycle with the construction phases.‘Four Small' means four small PDCA cycles that each focus on different phases of a construction process,including construction preparation,construction,the acceptance of completion and correction of the lack.Then,this thesis analyses the problems existing in the construction quality control of Chinese construction industry and takes Binhai Road & Bridge as a case.Also,it puts forward some suggestions to improve the level of construction quality control based on the quality control system which is designed in this thesis.Finally,this thesis draws some conclusions: the construction quality control system that has been established in this thesis is applicable to the construction projects of Binhai Road & Bridge with the prospects of the company and the whole Chinese construction industry.
