Bridge is indispensable to people’s life, is also an important project in the construction ofthe national development. After entering this century, with the continuous development ofnational economy and technology innovation, and bridge engineering in constructioninnovation has made great development, especially for long-span Bridges, cable-stayed bridgeand suspension bridge construction. In the construction of modern bridge construction link,has made heavy use of various mechanical equipment and matching construction technology,machinery and equipment has become indispensable in the construction of bridge foundation,especially some special equipment not only solved the difficulty in the construction ofBridges, but also greatly improve the efficiency in construction engineering, artificial and costsaving, shortening the time limit for a project. In the development of bridge engineeringconstruction, bridge construction technology is also in the continuous development andinnovation, and gradually enriched, and the advanced construction technology also needs theadvanced construction equipment work together to build high quality bridge project.Combining with engineering examples, some cable tower of cable-stayed bridge (south) thecable tower of cable-stayed bridge construction in the process of quality control.In this paper, based on the research of the construction process of cable-stayed bridgemain tower:(1) put forward pumping concrete (C50) performance requirements and selectionof raw materials, combined with the concrete mix proportion, its reasonable distribution isobtained by experiment;(2) according to the theory of construction equipment configurationchoices, combine the actual situation of the project, starting from the construction cost,project quality, puts forward the reasonable cable tower is the main construction equipmentselection and arrangement, in order to improve efficiency, reduce cost;(3) based on the actualsituation proposed the quality control in the construction process, mainly from the mixing ofconcrete, sliding formwork construction, concrete pouring and vibrating aspects;(4)combined with the tension of post-tensioned method is adopted in the process of analysis, putforward the reconfiguration of the tensioning jack, pressure gauge, tension equipmentcalibration, and in the process of tensioning construction quality control;(5) put forwardcombined with the actual project of large volume pumping concrete curing and construction joint treatment, exteriors and meet the requirements of the temperature control measures andquality protection.
