| In manufacturing the machining process,holes are important for machining and inspecting objects,with the development of the manufacturing industry,for hole detection accuracy,high efficiency is more and more.In the field of automotive engine manufacturing,detection accuracy of axle holes on the engine case has a significant impact on engine performance.Inside diameter measurement is an important part of the hole detection,axis hole of high precision,high efficient and real-time,online measurement has important practical significance.Analysis and comparison of the existing inner diameter measurement method on the basis of,this paper proposes a new type shaft hole diameter measurement method,using pneumatic measuring instrument measurement of structure,probe the same cross-section laths of three laser displacement sensors,simplified the structure of the measuring system,increasing the measurement gap,conducive to the realization of non-contact measurement of the shaft diameter.Research papers are as follows:1.analysis of the significance of inside diameter measurement in modern manufacturing,studied the development of diameter measurement,comparative measurement method and lack of inner diameter of a non-contact measuring method was introduced.2.in response to the measurement method,determine the measuring principle,a mathematical model and analysis of mathematical model,various factors affect the measurement result to determine the measurement of mechanical structure system requirements.3.in the analytical measurement system on the basis of actual conditions,measuring system is designed for measurement verification.Design of mechanical structure to meet the laser displacement sensor measurement system of attitude adjustment with fixed STM32,AD7606-based PC machine and circuit design of hardware structure,to complete the laser displacement sensor signal acquisition,conversion,transmission and processing designs STM32 software and data processing program based on Windows platform.4.measurement system based on structure,complete the calibration of the measurement system.Includes laser displacement sensor of posture adjustment and the measurement method of calculation of parameters in mathematical model,analyzed effects of posture on measurement results using nonlinear fitting method,combined with the standard ring gauge,obtained value of the unknown parameter in the mathematical model,ready for the experiment of measuring system.5.using the measuring system for diameter measurement,verifies the correctness of diameter non-contact measuring method was introduced and its feasibility. |
