As the basic equipment of modern military forces,artillery is widely equipped in the sea,land and air forces of all countries,and is an important part of the military forces of all countries.Gun barrel is one of the core components of gun.Its parameters have a serious impact on the strike accuracy,safety,firing speed and service life of gun.At present,the detection equipment and means for gun barrel in our country are still relatively backward,and there are some problems such as low detection efficiency,complex detection equipment and harsh measurement conditions.Therefore,it is of great significance to study gun barrel detection.This design takes the realization of high-efficiency,high-precision,and non-contact measurement of the inner diameter of the artillery barrel as the research goal,and an automatic measurement system for the inner diameter of the artillery based on laser triangulation is designed.The measurement system uses the STM32 processor as the control processing core,uses a high-precision laser displacement sensor to obtain the measured value,and sets the measurement parameters through a friendly human-computer interaction interface to control the work of the entire system.With the designed mechanical measurement structure,automatic measurement of the whole body tube can be realized.In the design,geometric centering is used to construct the measurement method of the measurement model.In the data processing,interpolation processing is used to expand the data before obtaining the inner diameter value.The interpolation algorithm and geometric relationship are used at the defect position to calculate the size of the defect.Through comparison,it is found that the error between the calculated result and the actual measured value is extremely small.It has the characteristics of high measurement accuracy,fast detection speed,non-contact measurement,etc.,can realize automatic measurement of the whole body tube of artillery with different inner diameters,and can display the measurement results in real time through the host computer.Finally,the system is verified by actual measurement,and the measurement results are analyzed.The measurement system can effectively measure various caliber gun barrel,and can display the cross-section circle of each position of the measurement barrel,which meets the performance requirements on the premise of realizing the main functions of the measurement system.
