Discussion On Application Of BIM In Green Building

As one of the important symbols of human civilization,architecture is also a kind of special commodity,which has been complicated in the production process.With the rapid development of the economy,environmental pollution and energy consumption in the world is becoming more and more common,and the human being in the housing construction are also getting more and more caring about energy saving and environment protected.Therefore,the model of the green building are gradually becoming the inevitable trend of the construction of the human being.In view of the green building,its entire life cycle requires a number of professional participation and a wide range.The entire construction process in a large number of information needs to be transmitted and communication,but there are also a lot of information need to be processed in time.With the birth of BIM technology,the construction of green architecture from design,construction to project operation,transformation,and the whole building model information to achieve highly integrated.BIM(Building Information Modeling)as the product of modern high-tech,realize the wide application of the whole life cycling and the green building to show the strong vitality.This paper introduces the current domestic and international research on the theory of green building,introducing the core concept of the whole life cycling of green building,comparing to the main assessment methods in the domestic and foreign,in order to find out the main problems of green building assessment in China.Then,the BIM technology is studied,and the theoretical basis of BIM is summarized.By summarizing the BIM technology,the main technical points of BIM technology can be found out,and the application of BIM technology in green building design,green building construction and operation of green building,and the BIM technology is a powerful and practical.The application of BIM technology in each life cycling has a different content,but each stage has a close contact.Green building design,construction,operation through the BIM technology to achieve the perfect control,according to BIM in various stages of application examples proving that,the application of BIM technology will be widely used in the field of engineering construction,in the future.In this paper,the application of BIM technology in green building is summarized,and the application of BIM technology in the whole life cycling of green building has been prospected.This paper explores the core theory of green architecture and the application of BIM in the whole life cycling of green building,to summarize the theory of BIM technology,which embodies the superiority of BIM technology.BIM technology is bound to be applied in the future.It is hopeful that the application of green building and BIM technology will be used to provide reference for the application of green building and BIM technology.
