Research & Application Of Green Building For Brocadesky

Green building is the trend of construction in the 21st century. Pushing the green building is a concrete practice of the development of energy conservation housing community and public buildings. It's necessary to give an overall examination of the effects of buildings on the ecological environment and the housing environment from the perspective of life cycle of buildings.After giving a brief introduce on the development of green building home and aboard, the author analysis the present situation of research and development and the existing problems at home, introduces the basic principle of it. Secondly the author emphasizes the applied research on green building, especial in energy conservation technology, at the stage of plan, design, construction and maintenance in Brocadesky Housing Community, and evaluates the applied affects. Lastly, a proposal about the popularizing of green building is brought forward on the basis of generalizing the applied practice of green building in Brocadesky Housing Community.
