| As an important infrastructure and a major artery of the national economy,the railway plays a more and more important role in the transportation system of our country because of its large capacity,low cost and favorable environmental protection,heavy haul railway transportation has become one of the major development directions of the world railway.This paper mainly analyzes the design standard of live load,the key design parameters of bridge,and the rational structure types of common span bridges in heavy haul railway both at home and abroad,and then recommend the living load diagram of new heavy axle heavy haul railway adopted in our country,the dynamic coefficients,the coefficient of centrifugal force,the coefficient of tractive force and braking force coefficient corresponding to the live load schema of the larger axle load train are also put forward in this paper.Combined with the heavy loading ring test line in the eastern suburb,the economic and technical comparison of the economical span and the reasonable beam type of the simply supported beam are completed,and the 32 m simple supported box girder is confirmed to be the reasonable beam type of the newly built heavy haul railway.In this paper,the structural calculation and modeling analysis of the 32 m simply supported box girder of the larger shaft heavy load railway are carried out by using the proposed live load map and parameters.The structural diagram of the beam,the layout of the prestress,the layout of the bridge Plans and other drawings,forming the results of beam trial design. |
