With the rapid development of science and technology,equipments continuously improved more automated and intelligent.Similarly,in the railway system,the reliability of train running environment and driving safety equipments are improving,gradually reflect the leading position and important role of man in the man-machine system.This article start from safety present situation of railway locomotive system,the mechanism of human error of traffic accident in railway locomotive system was discussed.Firstly,this essay take two traffic accidents as a starting point,induce and summary the traffic accidents in recent 5 years,analyse the current management situation,discuss the related concepts of Human Reliability Analysis,arrange influence factors of human error in traffic accidents of railway locomotive system.It lays the groundwork for retrospective analysis.Secondly,refer to existing human error model,combine the specific situation of traffic accidents of railway locomotive system,set up a human error model of traffic accidents of railway locomotive system.Finally,existing common human error analysis methods were analyzed and compared.CREAM were leaded into traffic accident analysis of railway locomotive system.By means of establishing error model,category table of antecedence,retrospective table of antecedence-consequence,trace-analyze the root causes of human error,and explain the method of quantitative forecast human error probability.Using the method of CREAM to track-analyze the “S232”traffic accident of Huairou North Maintenance Section on February 14,2017,the results of the analysis is basically the same to the accident investigation report,proving that method of CREAM is available in the analysis of human error of traffic accidents in railway locomotive system;At the same time,quantitatively forecast this accident,figure out the probability of human error,provide references and guidance for advance predictions and later preventions of relevant administrative departments.
