A Study On The Cultivation And Application Of Political Capital And The Relationship Between Community And Government

With the acceleration of the urbanization process,the village in the city has become an obstacle to the development.In the process of transformation,the relationship between the village and the government has always been the focus of the study.The relationship determines whether the transformation can be carried out smoothly.At the same time,in the process of solving social problems,social workers can not do without the support of the government,how to help the community and the government to establish a positive partnership has become a difficult problem in social work practice.Therefore,the experience of the successful transformation of the villages in the city,especially the empirical research to establish positive partnership with the government,has obvious significance for the transformation of villages in the future as well as the practice of social work.In this paper,taking Fujian village-Village transformation process of Q as an example,through its political capital cultivation and application process,to explore the transformation of village community and the government to establish positive cooperative partnership,through the literature method,interview method and observation method to collect information.Through the cultivation and application of Q village in the transformation process of political capital analysis and its use for the village to bring benefits in the process of research,summarizes the development experience of the village of Q,and discussed in the current context of community and government partnerships.The study found that Q village successful transformation cannot do without the cultivation and the use of political capital,the village to use their own resources:human capital and local identity to obtain and cultivate the political capital,the political capital to resolve the crisis and innovation of new development opportunities,and to build partnerships in community-government.The use of political assets not only makes the Q village can be successfully transformed and developed a new management style.The political capital of Q village has been developed,which is inseparable from the correct handling of the relationship between the community and the government.Different from the relationship between the government and the community of traditional villages in the transformation,through the analysis of the data found that the villages in the transformation process,the village should adhere to the principle of subjectivity in the development of participation,establish a positive relationship with the government,and the government face the contradiction.The research on the partnership between the community and the government has a positive impact on the transformation of the village and the intervention of social workers.
